Theater Dolce, the cradle of Incheon’s drama culture, relocated from Gyeong-dong (Jung-gu) to Munhak-dong (Michuhol-gu) to be reborn as ‘Little Theater Dolce.’ Operated with 30 years of knowhow by Company Mime, the theater has established itself as the Mecca of Michuhol-gu’s cultural development.

Summary
In 1979, Theater Dolce was first opened in an ice factory in front of a Christian hospital near Ssarijae hill. Since then, it has been Incheon’s drama incubator. In 1983, mime artists Gyu-Ho Choi and Sang-Sook Park (a couple) turned Dolce into a little theater exclusive for drama. As the cradle of theatrical people, Theater Dolce has been dedicated to opening art performances for 25 years, producing many actors/actresses and staging countless events such as the Incheon International Clown Mime Festival and more. To become an enhanced place of culture, Theater Dolce moved to Munhak-dong in April 2007 for a reopening.
